We are excited to share our contribution in a landmark transaction that brings a new chapter to the hospitality landscape of the Cyclades.

Ecovis OneTax acted as advisor to Gnosis Investments on the long-term lease of the iconic former Selina Paros property to HotelBrain, Greece's largest hotel group in terms of number of properties, with 106 hotels in 38 destinations in Greece and Cyprus. The property will be converted into a stunning Radisson Individuals resort, which will welcome guests in the summer of 2025. Until 2026, it will operate under the Radisson Individuals brand, marking an important step in the development of luxury tourism on the island of Paros.
